1     Get Snes97 for Windows95    This is a VITAL
2     Run Snes97
3     Load your rom
4     Click on cheat in the menu
 

5     Click on Keep Constant

6     Check on the first check box (1)
7     Type in the 6 character address in the large box (2)
8a   Type in any value in the next box 1-255 (unless a value was specified)(3)
8b   You don't need to type in a high value because Snes97 keeps the value constant.
9     Repeat 6- 8a as necessary
10   Click on Apply (4)
11   Click on Quit (5)
